Excellent Stay Near Bel-Air Metro
easy access comfortable bed efficient ac friendly staff
I found the location provided easy access to the city center using the Bel-Air metro stop. Shops and bakeries nearby were also a big plus. The room was quite nice. I liked the comfortable bed, efficient AC, and good shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The parking elevator felt a bit tight. It could be challenging for larger vehicles.

The staff assisted with directions to local attractions and were available at the front desk 24/7. They provided quick responses to our requests. I really appreciated their helpfulness , especially when we needed information about transportation. They were always ready to assist.

The room included a flat-screen television with international channels and complimentary high-speed internet access. A work desk and a seating area were also available in the room. It added convenience. The bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer.

helpful staff metro location daily cleaning
the reception staff were very helpful i liked that the location was near metro stations it made getting around simple the room was cleaned every day to a high standard

Acceptable Stay, Some Minor Issues
metro access friendly staff clean bathroom small room limited breakfast tight parking
The location was convenient with nearby metro access. This made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and stored my luggage before check-in. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy (I chose the Classic Double Room).
The room was quite small. It was difficult to move around freely. The breakfast variety was limited (the bread seemed stale one morning). The parking area is not suitable for larger vehicles. (It is a very tight space!).
